This droid is actually pretty strong, but again, we canвЂ™t tell if a lot of it is coming down to players not exactly knowing how to go against him.ДЄmazingly, BB-8 has a cable move that is extremely effective at clearing an entire room, making him one of the only heroes that can do that.

One thing that is working in YodaвЂ™s favor is the fact thatвЂ™s so small, it makes him a difficult target to hit, much like BB-8 and BB-9E. ThereвЂ™s something about Yoda that just doesnвЂ™t make him much of a threat when you run into him.ДonвЂ™t get us wrong, heвЂ™s still dangerous, but out of all of the lightsaber heroes, he has to be the one youвЂ™re most relieved to run into. Time will tell if this new droid hero ends up holding a spot down in the meta. This droid doesnвЂ™t do a lot of damage, but the fact heвЂ™s so annoying will always make him worth having on a team. His speed and size make him a good unit to pick since heвЂ™ll be hard to hit. BB-9EДЄ lot of this comes down to BB-9E and a mixture of us not knowing how exactly to play as this droid and players not knowing how to play against it. WeвЂ™d have to compare him to Lando in terms of usefulness, which would mean heвЂ™s very situational. Unfortunately, his abilities arenвЂ™t really the best either, so, all in all, heвЂ™s not a good pick. His rifle isnвЂ™t the strongest by any means, so heвЂ™ll have to rely on other ways to get the leg up over the enemy. He kind of finds himself unable to stand out amongst the other blaster heroes, which is never a great thing. FinnДЇinn may be a Resistance hero in the films, but heвЂ™s not all that great when it comes to Battlefront 2. If youвЂ™re in a close-quarters fight, Lando wonвЂ™t be completely useless, but heвЂ™s definitely best suited at distance. This means heвЂ™s a bad choice for a lot of the current game modes, with the exception being Galatic Assault since heвЂ™d be able to hang back and dish out damage. Lando specializes in long-distance fights, so when youвЂ™re fighting in a narrow corridor, he wonвЂ™t have much of a chance. Perhaps some buffs or even the future rework could save him from his fate as a low-tier hero. HeвЂ™s still better than the regular old Wookiee Warrior, and he does have a nice wounded skin, but outside of that, thereвЂ™s not much going for our old friend. ChewbaccaДЄt one point, Chewbacca was one of the strongest heroes in the game, but some nerfs have significantly weakened everyoneвЂ™s favorite Wookiee. However, thereвЂ™s not much else to her, so sheвЂ™s worth picking up if all the other heroes are taken or you have a challenge, but she shouldnвЂ™t ever be a priority. Her blaster fires incredibly fast, meaning she can dish out a lot of damage in a short period of time. She has a melee attack thatвЂ™s incredibly easy to dodge, but itвЂ™s incredibly rewarding when you manage to land it. Captain PhasmaД¬aptain Phasma looks pretty cool, but outside of that, she doesnвЂ™t have a whole lot going for her.

She also has a nice A New Hope skin if you managed to claim that when it was available.

She is more powerful than a regular trooper, so she does have that working in her favor. Her shield is nice but itвЂ™s a bit too situational. LeiaвЂ™s abilities arenвЂ™t really all that great, so you canвЂ™t rely on them to turn the tide of a match. Her blaster can still dish out a high amount of damage, but thatвЂ™s pretty much all you can count on from her. And that's totally worth it.Our favorite princess comes in at the bottom of the list due to her not really doing a whole lot.

Oh, and additionally you can get modder GameTSF other mod where you can turn your entire team into Matts. The downside is he only works with the special The Last Jedi pre-order skin. This mod changes Kylo Ren into his undercover role as Matt, the Radar Technician. Please check out the Saturday Night Live sketch so you know why we included this. This only works in Arcade, unfortunately. This mod corrects that issue, making lightsabers one-hit kills - as they should be. If you don't know, lightsabers have been utterly nerfed in Battlefront 2, so you can no longer kill enemies immediately and have to bash them a few times before they die, even in Arcade. Or 'realistic' lightsabers as the mod is slightly ridiculously known. It'll be confusing to play alongside Regular Princess Leia, but that's your own risk. This mod corrects that, replacing Luke with the classic Expanded Universe version of Jedi Master Leia Organa. The one thing missing from the new Sequels is Leia becoming a proper Jedi Master (Mary Poppins moment notwithstanding).
